The Drawing Course for Children
Objectives and Details
Objectives and Details
Early exposure to art has been proven to promote brain
activity; it encourages creativity, inventiveness, and expression of ideas and
images. Art making builds self-esteem and confidence, a confidence which is
transferred to other educational areas. Art education also helps children
understand other subjects: It has been proven that if you draw what you are
learning about – and vice versa -, you will learn it much faster and retain the
information much longer.
- Improving
perceptual and analytical abilities,
- Enhancing
critical thinking and problem solving,
- Filling
a creative void that children sometimes experience,
- Offering the children a way to both express
themselves and relax, through letting go of the fear of making mistakes and
gaining knowledge of changing things as they go along.

of lines and colors.
